The City Of Philadelphia recently hosted a Parent/Youth Resource Fair at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Saturday bringing local businesses and organizations together in one room. The event provided resources for summer camps, summer jobs, internship programs and more, to those in the community. Live entertainment from different youth groups around the city also got a chance to showcase their talents in front of attendees. Events such as this are desperately needed in the city for our youth. Opportunities that will keep children in safe environments and active will lead to them having a productive summer. This event also offered great networking opportunities for local businesses. Closing the gap on being divided and remaining focused on local issues should always be first priority. Resources such as anger management programs, autism information and educational programs were just a few benefits offered. Del Vann Inspired Media was honored to be a part of the event and we will be offering mentorship and internship programs to our city's youth and young adults during the summer. We are excited about this opportunity to give back to the community. Presenting opportunities that will help others learn and expand their options in journalism or life in general is an honor! Details of our programs will be listed right here on our website soon.
