A Young teen has been arrested and charged for placing needles in food packages inside of a Giant Grocery store. The teen who previously worked at the store allegedly placed sewing needles in bagged vegetables and Tastykake packages. Other items may have been tampered with but nothing has been confirmed at this time. Customers who have purchased any food items from April 13 - April 19 is advised to check any items purchased from Giant store located on the 7000 block of Hamilton Boulevard in Trexlertown PA.
